  Dromagowlane House

We are very committed to making your stay at Dromagowlane House both enjoyable and productive and will always go 'the extra mile' to look after you.
As Angling Advisor to the Irish Tourist Board for 26 years I was constantly meeting visiting anglers and feel that I know what you want from your holiday - it is our aim to achieve that.
It is important to us that your fishing holiday starts on Day One. Not on day 4 or 5 after you have found your way round, worked out the best marks, found where to get bait and all the other things that add up to making your fishing holiday a success.
At Dromagowlane House we offer to all our guests:-
FREE guiding to all the best marks.
FREE tackle hire including rods, reels and tripods.
FREE instruction for those who require any help.
FREE bait (mackerel) in season.
Fully stacked tackle and bait shop on site.
Freezer and fridge space to keep your bait in top condition.
Rag,lug and crab ordered in for you.
Over the past few years we have been host to some of the UKs top sea anglers including Henry Gilbey, Julian Shanbrook, Alan Yates, Chris Clark, Malcom Stoat, Paul Fenech and John Wells to name but a few and like many of our visitors most have returned again and again.
The high number of repeat vistors we have is certainly a testimony to both the quantity and quality of the fishing but I feel is also down to experiencing the wild and unspoilt surroundings, the peace and tranquility along with the wonderful scenery and last but not least it could be something to do with Annes cooking which has resulted in several guests leaving a little heavier than when they arrived.
